Alternatively, if you have a Facebook account, you can access our online ordering system by clicking on the 'Start Order' button on our Facebook page (Takenoya Sushi, Palmers Green).
Upon placing an online order, your order will be sent to our kitchen for approval. Once your order has been approved, you will receive an estimated time of arrival (deliveries) or for collection by text messaging. This should normally happen within five minutes of placing your order. Please contact us if you do not receive this after ten minutes.
Yes, there is a minimum spend of £20. We do not charge additional fees for delivery. We only deliver to selected postcodes at the moment (please scroll up for postcodes).
Time required for preparing your order is subjected to the number of items you order and availability of our kitchen staff. For delivery orders, we also take into account the distance that our delivery staff needs to cover. Preparation typically takes 30-40 minutes. However, during busier times, this might take slightly longer.
If your order is made via our online ordering system, we will notify you of the estimated time of arrival (delivery) or for collection by text once we approve your order.
